Frequently asked questions.

What kind of sessions do you offer?

I offer individualized coaching and consultation sessions designed to support people preparing for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, or parenthood as well as organizations seeking trauma-informed, resilience-focused guidance. My offerings include:

  • Preconception & Fertility Support

  • Pregnancy & Postpartum Coaching

  • Birth & Postpartum Planning Sessions

  • Clinician Well-Being & Trauma-Informed Care Consulting

All sessions are personalized to your goals and may integrate reflection, education, mindfulness, and evidence-based tools to support mind-body-spirit wellness.

What’s the difference between coaching and clinical care?

Coaching focuses on education, personal growth, and holistic wellness. It is not a replacement for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. As a certified nurse-midwife and researcher, I bring a deep understanding of reproductive and emotional health to my coaching—but sessions are designed to empower you with knowledge and tools, not to provide medical management or replace your healthcare provider

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes. All sessions are held virtually via Zoom or Google Meet, allowing you to connect from anywhere in a safe and comfortable space. Occasional in-person offerings or workshops may be available regionally.

Can my partner attend a session with me?

Yes. Partners and/or support persons are welcome and often benefit from shared understanding and planning. Joint sessions can help align communication, prepare for birth or postpartum, and strengthen support within the relationship.

Who are your sessions best suited for?

My work supports individuals and couples who value a holistic, trauma-informed approach to reproductive health and personal growth. I especially work with:

  • Those preparing for pregnancy, birth, or postpartum who want evidence-based guidance and support.

  • Individuals with a history of early life adversity seeking to navigate the transition to motherhood with greater resilience and self-compassion.

  • Organizations and teams in maternal-child health interested in collaboration, mentorship, or resilience and well-being initiatives.

If you’re curious whether this is the right fit, you’re welcome to begin with a single session to explore what feels most supportive for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no cost. Missed sessions or same-day cancellations are non-refundable, as time is reserved specifically for you. If an emergency arises, please reach out. I aim to approach all circumstances with understanding and fairness.
