This personalized session is designed to help you prepare for labor and delivery in a way that truly reflects your values, priorities, and strengths.

  • Explore your values and preferences for labor and birth

  • Create a written birth plan that reflects your priorities

  • Identify comfort measures, support systems, and key questions for your provider

  • Learn about different birth scenarios (unmedicated, epidural, induction, cesarean, etc.) so you feel prepared for possibilities

  • Equip your support person(s) with tools and knowledge to advocate for and assist you during labor

  • For those with a history of trauma: compassionate, trauma-informed strategies to help you feel safe, empowered, and supported during every step of your birth experience
